Trying Too Hard to Make Money off the Blog, Instead of writing good, atleast some decent articles.
Layout sucks, not easy to navigate around the site.

Well, I'm going to try my best to change things around here to make it a great blog, at least a decent one, i wouldn't want anyone to suffer anymore!

The layout workers really well. Take it from me, just promote your blog, and they will come. Don't spent your EC credits on non-traffic bringing stuff. You are doing find, all you need is traffic. You could use better content. Go to goole alerts and set up a alert to something you like. Best of luck, don't give up.
BTW, start selling comments, best way to make EC credits. Thus, you will get alot of traffic if you spend it on ads, also, join blogcatalog.com
Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a few blogs. One money blog and one content blog. I created a money blog recently (actually several) and so I'm not so focused on making my main content blog the main source of my internet money.I can concentrate on making it a quality site. And THEN start creeping money stuff into it. But your current blog looks great!

Actually, yeah. Your navigation is a little weird. You might want to try moving your "Most Popular Posts" and "Blog Archive" higher. It gets lost in all the other things.
Just a suggestion.
As far as blogs go, I think yours is fairly decent. I think with a blog though you need to spend like 6 months getting great content on it before you will be able to make decent money. It sounds like maybe you're in it for the wrong reasons, like I was with my blog. Write about something you love and it will be fun and easy for you.
Too hard to read with the dark background I reckon.
