OK, So right now i have 31 Subscribers, 45 people signed up but 14 of them just haven't verified their email. So instead of having 45 subscribers, I have 31.
Even though i tell people that they have to verify their email after they sign up, but i guess some people forgot or just decide they don't want to subscribe.
Either way it's iritating, anyway, not a huge deal and i guess i should just stop bitching about it and be a Man LOL

Maybe you can make a web page with the subcribe to e-mail alerts link and a warning to add x@example.com to their safe lists. This might fix your problem.
